Do you have a showroom?

No, we are an online store only. We used to have showrooms in both Pyrmont and Surry Hills, but now operate fully online. You can place an order via this website or on the phone. We deliver around Sydney and interstate.

Is something in stock?

Each product has an availability guide that appears on it's page. This represents the usual lead time to turn around a delivery of this product to you. Everything that we sell is held in stock and dispatches from Sydney.

When something is out of stock we will update the availability.

Sometimes certain sizes or colours can be cleared out by commercial or multiple orders. If this happens and we cannot meet the guideline, we will contact you within 24 hours with an updated delivery date and the option of a refund if it does not suit you.

I live outside of Sydney, can you deliver to me?

We can deliver most of our products outside of Sydney.

Pots are a little tricky and need to be sent on a pallet to keep them in one piece. Depending on where you are, the delivery price sometimes only stacks up for multiples. You can add the product to the shopping cart, and then request a quote, or just contact us for a delivery estimate. 

Do I need to be at home for delivery?

No, we can leave product on your verandah, down the side of the house, with the concierge etc. Write the details in the notes on the order form.

Can I return something if I change my mind?

If you change your mind then we are unable to exchange your products. Please make sure that you consider your purchase carefully.

We endeavour to provide you with plenty of information about the item before you purchase so you can make an informed decision. If you are unsure about something, please contact us before making a purchase so that we can help you with your decision. We'll often have additional images or can talk to you about any questions you may have.

Can I collect from your warehouse?

Occasionally this is possible depending on the product and what is currently in stock. As a general rule our stock is held in a 3rd Party Logistics warehouse and they do not allow public access. However, just ask. We do offer free delivery fo orders over $500, so we hope this gives you a good alternative. 

Can you visit my Balcony for design advice?

We offer two options. Our Balcony Garden eDesign service is free and involves you sending in pictures and floorplan and us coming back with some layout advice. If you are after a bit more than that, then the landscape design consultation with our partner Kev Quelch is a good choice.
