Warranty
We select our Outdoor Furniture with a view to it providing years of solid service. Care instructions must have been followed in order for these warranties to apply.
Plantation Range
5 year warranty on the stainless steel (structural damage and welds)
12 months manufacturer warranty on the timber slats
Marine Range
5 year warranty on the stainless steel (structural damage and welds)
Stainless Steel & Glass Range
5 year warranty on the stainless steel (structural damage and welds)
Piano Range
5 year warranty on the structure & frame
2 year warranty applies to mesh and high pressure compact laminate features
Limitations
- These limited warranties provide coverage to the original purchaser and covers normal household usage.
- These warranties exclude seasoning of timber or if the frame or any part is damaged by accident or misuse.
- It remains the customer's responsibility for freight and packaging charges to and from our store.
- These warranties do not cover commercial use, acts of god, fire, freezing or abusive use.
- If within the warranty period identical materials are unavailable at the time of repair or replacement, we reserve the right to substitute materials or equal or better quality.
- Proof of purchase (dated receipt) is required for all warranty claims.
