Q: What exactly do you do? A: Our designer will produce a balcony garden design, fully cost it and source all the elements. We then have a team to install on your site.

Q: What will the design report achieve? A: We can save you money and frustration by starting with a good design. Your design report will combine a variety of factors such as space, privacy, climate, maintenance, affordability and views. The result is an outstanding use of the space for your lifestyle.

Q. What area do you cover? A. Our service covers Sydney CBD and surrounding suburbs. Call us if you are unsure whether your suburb is in an area we cover. Q. I live outside of your standard area, can you still help me? A. Yes - we will travel outside of our standard area however this depends on our designer's current schedule. There is a non refundable surcharge of $50 to travel. Please give us a call to discuss

Q. How much does it cost? A. The design consultation fee is $400. We design to your budget.

Q. How long does the design process take? A. We will respond to your enquiry within 1 working day. We then set up the design visit at a time convenient to you and generally within 7 days of your enquiry. We will be at your home for approximately 30 mins. Within 5-7 days of our visit you will receive the initial concept plan and quotation. And once the plan is finalised we can book in the installation. Our aim is to transform your balcony within a month although often, for smaller balconies, we can have it all completed in a couple of weeks.

Q. What do you do on site? A. We take photographs and measurements and talk with you about how you use the space and what style suits you and your balcony. We'll discuss any ideas you have and give you some other ideas to think about.

Q. Why only balconies? A. We are specialists in designs and products for balconies. However we can also produce a design for small gardens & courtyards after discussing the particulars of the space with you. At this stage our service does not include the construction of built in furniture or the replacement of existing tiles or timber decking. Our designer may include these elements within the design, and can liaise with your contractors.

Q. What preparations do I need to make before your visit? A. Ask yourself a few questions. Do you know specifically what you want or are you open to more than one option? What do you want to use your space for? Do you want to dine outside? Do you want to hide any views? Do you want to mask road noise? Do you need light for night time? Do you want zero maintenance, or do you want relaxing time maintaining a small garden afterwards? Talk these through with us.
