Sydney Delivery Service

We are based in Sydney and deliver around the Sydney area.

We have our own friendly team who do all of our deliveries. We will call you to arrange a date and time to deliver your order.

We deliver at a specific time and strive to always be on time. If for any reason we have been delayed and are running a bit late we'll give you a call beforehand.

If you are unable to be home during the day we can leave items unattended in a specific location. When we call to arrange your delivery time just let us know where you would like the items left.

We deliver in a van that will fit into almost all apartment carparks and have a range of trolleys to get us into most lifts.

We deliver on weekdays. Depending on our schedule and your location our first delivery is 8:15am, and our last delivery 4:00pm.

 

Not in Sydney?

We have a number of options for delivery outside of Sydney from Australia Post for smaller items through to couriers and freight companies for larger items such as pots and furniture.

Stock availability guide

Each product has an availability guide that appears on the product's page. This is a guide only and we will work to meet it.

If you have special requirements around the date of delivery, please talk to us at the time of placing your order so we can make sure that these can be met within your expectations.

Your order will, wherever possible, be sent to you in one delivery. If this will not be possible, we will contact you to discuss options.

 

Collection from store

When placing your order you can select the option to collect from store. We will transfer your order across from our warehouse and contact you to confirm when it is ready to collect

Please be aware that if you are collecting bulky or heavy items that you will need to come with someone who can help. Although we will try to assist with loading, our retail team are are not our delivery team and are not geared up for heavy lifting.

Payment methods

Your order will only be processed once payment is authorised. Please note that the payment transaction will take place prior to delivery.
